By using validmailbox.com you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

What the service is

Validmailbox provides free diagnostic tools for email senders: an address inspector, a warmup calculator, a spam copy checker and a DNS record generator. The service is provided as is, without registration, and may change or be withdrawn at any time.

Accuracy and no guarantee

Results are diagnostic signals, not guarantees. A low risk score does not mean an address is deliverable, a generated record does not guarantee authentication will pass, and a clean copy scan does not guarantee inbox placement. Mailbox providers make placement decisions using signals no public tool can observe. Verify anything important against your own DNS records, your provider's documentation and your own sending data before you rely on it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the tools to support unsolicited bulk email, spam, phishing or any other abusive sending;
• submit data you have no right to process, including personal data collected without a lawful basis;
• attempt to bypass rate limits, scrape the site, or run automated requests against it at volume;
• probe, scan or attempt to compromise the site or its infrastructure;
• republish or resell the tools, dictionaries or outputs as your own service.

We may block access from any address that breaches these terms, without notice.

Your data

Except for the MX lookup and the contact form, described in the privacy policy, the data you enter stays in your browser. You remain responsible for what you enter and for complying with the data protection law that applies to you.

Advertising

The site is funded by third party advertising. Adverts are supplied by external networks and their presence is not an endorsement. Any dealings you have with an advertiser are between you and them.

Intellectual property

The site design, copy, dictionaries and tool implementations belong to Validmailbox. You may use the tools and their output freely for your own work, including commercially. You may not copy the site or its content to operate a competing service.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Validmailbox is not liable for any loss arising from use of the site, including lost revenue, lost data, failed delivery, bounced mail, misconfigured DNS records, or reputational harm. The service is free, and you use it at your own risk.

Availability

We do not promise uninterrupted availability. Features may be added, changed or removed, and the service may be suspended for maintenance without notice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the site operator is established, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of that country's courts.
