What to write in

A domain the MX lookup gets wrong, a valid address the inspector rejects, a phrase the spam checker misses or flags unfairly, a provider missing from the record generator. These are the reports that change the site, and each one is checked against the underlying rule rather than patched in isolation.

Requests for placement debugging on a specific domain are the one thing we cannot help with. Whether your mail reaches the inbox depends on your sending history, your list and the receiving provider's own model, none of which is visible from here. If you are debugging that, start with the authentication records, then bounce and complaint rates, then the ramp.
